Refund policy

If you received the product, but changed your mind, you can return it within 14 calendar days (according to the European Union 14 day cooling off period). In this case, you need to cover the shipping cost and the shipping is organised by you, using any reliable courrier that provides tracking number like GLS, DHL, DPD, FedEx etc. Returns without tracking numbers will not be accepted and we will not be able to provide refund for them.

If you want to return a product, please, message us at info@woodenmagic.eu to give you the return address. All returns should be packaged carefully, preferably in the original packaging to ensure no damages during transport.

Once we receive the product and examine it, we will issue the refund within 5 working days.

If you have received a faulty product, message us at info@woodenmagic.eu and will send a replacement free of charge as soon as possible.
